A minimum non-refundable security deposit of 50% is required for all commissioned orders. The remaining balance, plus shipping fees (if applicable), is to be paid upon confirmation of the order's completion. 

• For exceptionally individualized commissions which include, but are not limited to, names, personal logos/designs/emblems, dates, etc; you may be required to pay a higher security deposit or pay in full for the project.  

• Work on an order placed will not begin until the security deposit is paid  

Final prices may be subject to change if the original, agreed-upon design is altered 

Commissions typically take 2-4 weeks to complete on average. ​

Once confirmation of the order being complete is sent, you have 30 days from the confirmation date to pay the remaining balance.

• On the 31st day, the commissioned piece will be put for sale on the online shop.

• On the 31st day or later, if the piece has not sold, you may purchase the commission for your remaining balance
